From my experience of counselling and coaching, it became clear to me that talking about various subjects like mind-body awareness, breaking mind-patterns and dealing with emotions and

true wellness is of vital importance.

Trainings and Workshops have a huge role to play when it comes to human evolution. 

I offer these workshops and trainings to both corporate or in private settings. You can contact me , if you are interested in arranging any of these for your organisation. The workshop's main goal is to help you realize the unlimited power that lies within you to deal with any life situation.

The workshop takes you on the journey of discovering what is the true cause of any problem/stressful situation created in our life. It transforms you from a 'Victim' mindset to a creator. It takes you deep inside the workings of human mind, different mind patterns that block us, their co-relation with Chakras (energy centers) in the body and offers you various tools and technique of Yoga, Psychology and meditations to rise beyond the limits of mind.

Mind is one of the most beautiful tools that humans have however it is also the worst enemy if not used correctly. This training aims to increase the awareness of how mind works, How we can create our own reality.  The training also touches on what our true nature is  and how we can harness the power of our awareness to step beyond the mind , be present  and create the flow of our life effortlessly
